Nearly 240.000 sqm. and 923 Bed Health Complex built under a PPP scheme. The Madrid Health Department took this Project from conception to operations in 30 months utilizing a double strategy: extremely well drafted PPP procurement approach and highly efficient communications and stakeholder management, minimizing change orders during the construction phase.
CORE staff assisted the Madrid’s Health Department in managing the PPP contract during its construction stage. Opening on time and on Budget was achieved.
