Why CORE

CORE is committed to the result of its Projects, being able to share risk with our clients. To do this, we implement a Lean methodology for Project & Works management, allowing productivity increases of up to 20% in cost and 40% compared to traditional systems. project and construction management.

Our methodology is fully or partially implemented in all our projects by a Human Team that has more than 25 years of experience and 4,000 million euro managed across four continents.

Methodology

Our C2R Management System, developed jointly with the Industrial Technological Development Center (IDI-20150418), enhances the principles of the Project Management Institute with Agile methodologies from Lean Manufacturing.

The C2R System incorporates management techniques such as i) Value Stream Mapping, optimizing all the design and construction processes of the Project, ii) Target Value Design, managing design against cost, which ensures the best quality/price ratio of the product, iii) the Last Planner ® System, which optimizes the management of resources in the design and construction phases, thus minimizing the term of the Project and iv) the Digital Twins under the 3D, 4D & 5D BIM methodology, which minimize construction risk in all phases of the process.

All the techniques of the C2R System are implemented through collaborative Project & Construction contracting models, being the first in Spain to manage a MultipartY Integrated Project Delivery contract with 20% savings in cost and 40% savings in term for the client.
