La Vela Project is to be BBVA’s Headquarters in Madrid, Spain. Developed in two different phases, BBVA enrolled over 40 different companies to deliver first phase I, where 2000 BBVA employees would move in 2013.
Phase II was to be built with a main contractor in order to deliver to total of 160.000sqm for the remaining 4000 BBVA employees by 2015.
CORE staff assisted BBVA in managing the Project in its transition from phase I trade contractor’s commissioning to phase II main contractor’s construction.
In addition, other CORE staff worked for BBVA’s Project Manager as Construction Manager for this Project
