Construction of a 2,400 m2 Decathlon store on a 11,000 m2 plot.
The works began on March 21, with a final date agreed with the client on September 21. BLAUVERD CONSTRUCTION OF HABITATS, incorporated CORE personnel to the construction team for Time Management tasks.
In the first planning, the ambitious goal of finishing before August was set to protect the deadline. Finally, it was delivered on time and the client had the necessary time to adapt the store, which opened its doors on the scheduled date.
For this, Lean Construction collaborative planning techniques were applied:
Takt Planning to compress the production sequence and carry out time-location management, which, supported by the Last Planner® System, ensured smooth production and favored synergy between the different teams.
