PERSEPOLIS Investments, a company dedicated to the acquisition and promotion of urban real estate for lease, is developing a new residential project in Madrid. It is a 4,100m2 building for current industrial use, which will become a residence with a total of 36 houses.

CORE, together with AG Arquitectura and Apogea, has participated in the development of this Project, beginning with the drafting of a Special Plan for a change of use.

CORE has incorporated some of the aspects of its C2R Construction Project Management System allowing for the Project:

i. Develop the Project from its beginning coordinated in a BIM environment.

ii. Develop the parameterized BIM Model to obtain measurements and subsequent control of the development of the work.

iii. Obtain all the coordinated graphic documentation for the different stages of the Project’s evolution.

These improvements over the usual project management systems are contributing to the control of the design and budget from the beginning of the Project, which will result in cost savings and optimization of deadlines experienced in the Project, as well as early management of changes. required by the project team.
