Asentia is developing a residential project for Mijas-Colinas Riviera in Malaga. The Project, designed by the team led by Peralta Arquitectos, Argenia Ingenieros and Faster Málaga, has a constructed area of nearly 31,300sqm and consists of 216 homes and parking distributed in 7 blocks and is in the basic project phase.
For this Asentia has decided to incorporate CORE, developing the BEP review tasks according to the requirements of the EIR and monitoring and review of the models.
CORE has incorporated some of the aspects of its C2R Construction Project Management System allowing for the Project:
i. BEP development meeting EIR requirements
ii. The coordinated start of modeling of different disciplines
iii. Continuous development of ongoing model reviews and coordination with the design team
IV. In development of the measurements linked to the models
v. The development of business plans and surfaces linked to the model
These improvements over the usual project management systems have contributed to having the preliminary and basic project coordinated between the disciplines, meeting the client’s requirements and taking advantage of the BIM models for commercial objectives and controlling the costs of future work at all times.
