In this first phase, it is about undertaking the structural consolidation of this emblematic hotel on the beachfront in Benidorm, in disuse since 2007.
It consists of a basement and 8 floors above ground. It is a very delicate action due to the state of the building and that requires a very high coordination of teams to meet the required deadline.
BLAUVERD CONSTRUCTION OF HABITATS, has incorporated CORE personnel to the construction team for Time Management tasks.
An initial Takt Planning based on space-time has been achieved collaboratively, which is being managed with the Last Planner® System, to increase the coordination of the participants and achieve a continuous flow that leads the project to deliver the best performance as far as deadlines are concerned.
With Lean collaborative planning we increase the synergy between the different participants in the project and ensure fluid production, which can quickly absorb the difficulties that the teams encounter in their day-to-day work to protect the committed delivery time.
