CORE’s process approach to construction projects, essential to further BIM and/or Lean Construction implementation, will ensure your organization benefits from state-of-the art principles. CORE’s standard approach is based on the Project Management Institute Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and its extension to the construction industry, and supports Open BIM.

Our approach to the Strategy & Process Consulting includes the following steps:

  • Company Understanding and Implementation Plan.

The starting point for all implementation includes the organization’s core business model’s understanding, including its strategy moving forward, in order to develop an Implementation Plan that will set up stages, expected investment, KPIs and Return on Investment indicators.

  • Processes Definition based on an Organization’s Chain Value approach.

CORE will assist the organization’s management team in developing specific processes that will serve as main guide for managing their construction projects. Adaptable to all projects and markets, our approach includes all relevant Project Stakeholders, as well as all Project Stages from initiation through commissioning & closure. During process definition room for improvement is always found, allowing the company to benefit in their current Projects from the start.

  • Process Implementation

Once the organization has defined its own processes, different implementation strategies can be adopted with, or without Pilot Projects. All will include, per defined process, at least i) internal communication, ii) employee’s training and iii) project implementation support while going “live”.
